BiharonWeb: 23 Mar, 2017, The matter of recommendation of ministers and legislators in the reinstatement of ANM in Bihar is now getting tired. The BJP has already demanded the CBI probe in this case.

On Monday, senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi challenged Bihar Health Minister and Lalu Prasad Yadav's son Tej Pratap Yadav and Principal Secretary to the Health Department RK Mahajan, saying they have very strong evidence that the minister's OSD Shankar Prasad sent an SMS for the reinstatement of ANM and called.

In the question paper of the Bihar Staff Selection Commission's paper leak case, the Secretariat had revealed in the interrogation of SIT that many leaders and ministers had recommended for their candidates in the reinstatement of ANM. Ministers also acknowledged that due to being in politics they have to make recommendations.

In the same order, the name of Health Minister Tej Pratap Yadav came in that his OSD had advocated for the reinstatement of three candidates, including Basanti Kumari, to the post of ANM, which was strongly denied by Tej Pratap Yadav.

Sushil Kumar Modi on Monday said that he has strong evidence that the minister's OSD Shankar Prasad had sent three SMSs from his official mobile number to the then secretary of the BSSC, God Ram. Modi has questioned the government, saying that he should tell that Tej Pratap Yadav is the minister of the department whose OSD is Shankar Prasad or not? He challenged the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to see if there is courage, then investigate the entire case with CBI and look into it.
