Nitin Gadkari Announced Express Way from Patna to Delhi

BiharonWeb: 16 Oct, 2017, If everything is correct then that day is not far, when people from Patna prefer to go to Delhi via the road. In fact, in the Mokama, Bihar, Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari, while referring to Expressway between Patna and Delhi, Gadkari said that there is an expressway between Lucknow and Ballia-Gorakhpur. If the Bihar government provides land, then it can extend this expressway to Patna. CM Nitish Kumar on his proposal said that we will do all possible assistance for land acquisition.

On the occasion of the work of four schemes of four and Namami Ganges program related to road and bridge in Mokam, Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, announced that Mokame would become the first four-lane road between Munger. Road construction minister Nand Kishore Yadav requested Gadkari for this road.

Gadkari said that in the package announced by the Prime Minister in Bihar in 2015, the share of the road sector is 55 crore rupees. They will complete all the projects one by one.

Talking about Expressway between Patna and Delhi, Gadkari said that there is an expressway between Lucknow and Ballia-Gorakhpur. If the Bihar government provides land, then it can extend this expressway to Patna. By this, Express will be available from Patna to Delhi via Lucknow. Referring to Patna-Buxar Four Lane, Gadkari said that Bihta has agreed to set up a fourteen-kilometer elevated road between Shiva. It will also be a new connectivity for new airports in Bihta.

In order to discuss the plans related to Namami Gange, Gadkari said that the Ganga is a symbol of our faith, culture and identity. The Prime Minister has taken the resolution that we will cleanse the Ganga. By 2020, there is a provision of spending 20 thousand crores for this. 90 projects have been taken for this.

There are 11 projects in Patna district The foundation stones of four are being kept today. The remaining seven remaining ones will start within the next four months. Under this, a 234 km long sewerage line will be built. In relation to the problem of avoiding the area, Gadkari said that the first priority for the Ganga floodplain has been the avoiding area of Mokama.

Talking about the waterway developed between Allahabad and Haldia, Gadkari said that for Bihar, six terminals would be built at a cost of 180 crore. The terminal will be built in Manihari, Bakhtiyarpur, Buxar and Kahalgaon. There is also a floating terminal for not getting the deposit in Ganga.

Regarding land acquisition related to road projects, the Chief Minister said that we will take every step of the fast in this. People will join hands and pray that they give land.
