BiharonWeb: 20 May, 2017, In Patna, the National Janata Dal supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav and his family have been eclipsed on the construction work of Bihar's largest mall, which is being built at a cost of Rs 750 crore. On the charge of violating the rules of the environment, the Central Government has ordered the immediate ban on the construction of the mall.

Senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi, while exposing a sensational expose in April, had alleged that Bihar's biggest mall in the Saguna Mod area of Patna is anonymity for Lalu and his family members. In this letter, the center issued on May 15, the Bihar government has been ordered to immediately stop construction of the mall.

Significantly, Sushil Modi had made several disclosures about the mall under construction of Lalu Prasad and his family members. Modi alleged that this property is an anonymity of Lalu Yadav and its construction is being done while ignoring the laws of the environment.

Modi said that this mall was started last year without the permission of the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority and when the entire matter was exposed in the media, Deputy Chief Minister and Lalu's younger son, Tejasvi Yadav, got the approval of the environment. Filed for application on April 20.

Sushil Modi alleged that Lalu knew that his elder son, Tej Pratap, is a Minister of Forest and Environment in the Bihar government and in this case he did not understand the necessary environmental clearance for the mall, and violating it, started the construction of the mall .

Modi demanded the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to file an FIR against Lalu's sons, Tejaswi and Tej Pratap, for violating the rules of the environment, for launching the construction of the mall, should be prosecuted against them.
