BPCL Cancelled License of Petrol Pump of Lalu Son Tej Pratap Yadav

BiharonWeb: 17 Jun, 2017, RJD supremo Lalu Prasad's eldest son and Minister Tej Pratap Yadav petrol pump license cancelled allocated in 2011. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited has cancelled it.

BPCL told the reason for cancellation of license of Tej Pratap petrol pump. They say that Tej Pratap has asked to deposit fake documents to obtain a license in 2011. BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi had raised this issue in the past and had alleged that in 2011 when Sharad Pratap Yadav applied for the license. At that time, he applied the land in Patna's bypass area to which he had applied. In fact, the land belonged to Amit Katyal, a liquor trader.

It is noteworthy that in the election affidavit of Taj Pratap Yadav in Bihar, the details of his property submitted to the Bihar government has not mentioned this petrol pump.

On this, Sushil Kumar Modi filed a complaint in BPCL. After that, BPCL issued notice to Tej Pratap Yadav on May 31 and asked them to reply in 15 days after that you got a license for the petrol pump.

Dissatisfied with the reply of BPCL's notice given by Tej Pratap Yadav, BPCL has cancelled the allotted license of the petrol pump. After the cancellation of the license of Petrol Pump, Tej Pratap Yadav had applied for a stay on the order of BPCL in Patna's lower court. After this, the court has now banned the BPCL decision for 7 days. The next hearing of this case will be on June 23.
